WHAT is iBFR?




Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) was developed by Dr. Sato in the 1960's.


What originally started as a method to strengthen those suffering from sarcopenia or muscle wasting, later was adopted by the United States Department of Defense to strengthen soldiers after IED blast injuries and trauma.
